S-9016 is a high-performance modified polyurethane dispersing additive, designed with versatile compatibility for both water-based and oil-based coating systems, as well as epoxy resin systems, delivering reliable and stable dispersion performance across diverse formulation scenarios. It effectively enhances surface glossiness and color brightness of cured coating films, ensuring vivid and full color presentation while elevating the overall finish quality.
This dispersant significantly reduces the viscosity of mill-base during the pigment grinding process, greatly improving the overall fluidity of coating and resin systems, which directly boosts production efficiency by shortening grinding cycles and reducing energy consumption. It also effectively enhances coating transparency and hiding power, optimizing the covering effect and visual clarity of the film, while thoroughly eliminating common defects such as surface haze, floating color, and color bleeding.
With stable dispersion performance and excellent resin compatibility, S-9016 ensures long-term formulation stability and consistent high-quality surface treatment effects.
