Features and Applications
Functioning similarly to TEGO 410, S-410 is a premium versatile silicone additive designed as a high-performance leveling and slip agent. It stands out for its excellent cross-system compatibility, delivering a smooth, high-slip surface finish across a wide range of resin systems, including aqueous, solvent-based, and UV-curable formulations.
Notably, this additive effectively enhances surface toughness, significantly improving scratch resistance and wear resistance of the cured coating film, while actively preventing common surface defects such as pinholes. Its specially optimized formulation ensures it does not interfere with subsequent recoating processes, maintaining strong inter-coat adhesion without any compatibility issues.
This multifunctional agent is widely applicable across diverse industries, making it ideal for high-end wood finishes, automotive coatings, leather finishes, industrial coatings, and printing inks, among other scenarios.

Usage & Dosage:
- Recommended Dosage: Standard: 0.05% – 0.5% of the total formula; UV & Water-based: 0.3% – 1.0% of the total formula
- Incorporation: Add during the paint mixing stage to ensure uniform and optimal distribution in the formulation

Storage
Store in airtight container for 24 months, keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
