S-6830 is a high-performance polyether-modified polysiloxane defoamer, engineered with exceptional rapid bubble-breaking and long-lasting foam-suppressing capabilities, tailored for water-based coating and ink systems. It is specially designed to quickly eliminate and stably inhibit both large macro-bubbles and fine micro-foam generated during high-shear manufacturing processes and on-site application phases of various water-based formulations.
By effectively regulating and balancing surface tension inconsistencies within the formulation, this defoamer actively prevents common surface defects such as shrinkage cavities (fish-eyes) and pinholes, ensuring a flawlessly smooth, uniform, and aesthetically pleasing cured coating film.
