Similar to TEGO 270, S-270 is a high-performance specialty substrate wetting agent engineered to deliver reliable performance across a wide range of versatile coating systems, including water-borne, solvent-based, solvent-free, and UV-curable formulations. It exhibits exceptional wetting efficacy and consistent performance for automotive coatings, industrial paints, as well as architectural and decorative coating applications, meeting the high standards of professional finishing needs.
This premium wetting agent demonstrates outstanding compatibility with key resin systems, including acrylic resins, nitrocellulose, and polyurethane formulations. Its excellent resin compatibility and stable performance make it an ideal choice for high-precision applications such as advanced inkjet inks and heavy-duty industrial coating systems, ensuring uniform wetting and defect-free surface results.

Application and Addition Amount
Applications:
- Printing Inks: Screen, gravure, and flexo inks; overprint varnishes and matte inks
- Coatings: Automotive, wood, furniture, plastic, industrial, and decorative coatings
- Digital Media: High-performance inkjet inks
Usage & Dosage:
- Recommended Dosage: Standard: 0.1% – 0.5% of the total formula
- Incorporation: Add during the coating or ink mixing stage to ensure uniform and optimal distribution

Store in airtight container for 24 months, keep in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
