Features and Applications
S-6081 is a high-performance specialty substrate wetting agent, specifically formulated for efficient use in both solvent-based and water-based coating systems, as well as various printing ink formulations. It stands out with excellent hydrolysis resistance and exceptional acid-alkali resistance, ensuring stable performance and consistent functionality even in harsh, demanding chemical formulation environments.
In addition to its strong chemical stability, this wetting agent boasts superior substrate wettability and uniform spreading properties. It effectively lowers the surface tension of coating and ink formulations, guaranteeing smooth, even, and defect-free application across a wide range of different substrate surfaces, eliminating common issues like poor wetting and uneven coverage.

Application and Addition Amount
Applications:
- Coatings: Substrate wetting agent for solvent-based and water-based coating systems

Usage & Dosage:
- Recommended Dosage: Standard: 0.01% – 2% of the total formula
- Incorporation: Add during the coating or ink mixing stage to ensure uniform and optimal distribution

Storage
Store in airtight container for 24 months, keep in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
