Features and Applications
S-510 is a high-performance, specially modified polyether polymer premium flow and leveling aid, engineered to deliver superior substrate wetting performance across solvent-based, solvent-free, and waterborne coating systems. It is professionally formulated to significantly enhance Distinctness of Image (DOI) and surface gloss, ensuring exceptional film clarity, fullness, and depth without any risk of haze, blue tint, or reduced light transmittance.
Thanks to its excellent system compatibility, this additive will not migrate or float within the formulation, making it perfectly suitable for both transparent clear coats and pigmented coating systems. Furthermore, it effectively preserves the structural integrity of the cured coating film, ensuring that multiple subsequent recoatings remain completely free of turbidity or cloudiness issues.
Whether applied in high-gloss topcoats or industrial-grade finishes, S-510 consistently delivers a flawless, high-brilliance surface finish, while maintaining reliable recoatability and long-term formulation stability for professional coating production.

Usage & Dosage:
- Recommended Dosage: Standard: 0.05% – 0.5% of the total formula
- Incorporation: Add during the paint mixing stage to ensure uniform and optimal distribution in the formulation

Storage
Store in airtight container for 24 months, keep in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
