Its primary technical advantage lies in its ability to significantly reduce the coefficient of friction, thereby enhancing surface smoothness, scratch resistance, and anti-blocking properties. Beyond its protective qualities, the product ensures rapid leveling and improved gloss without negatively impacting recoatability, making it an ideal solution for both pigmented systems and matte finishes.

Application and addition amount:
S-333 is a highly versatile additive compatible with solvent-based, UV-curable, and water-based systems. It is widely utilized across:

Printing & Inks: Ideal for screen, gravure, and flexo printing inks, as well as overprint varnishes and matte inks.

Coatings: Extensively used in automotive, wood, furniture, plastic, industrial, and decorative coatings.

Digital Media: Suitable for high-performance inkjet inks.

Recommended Dosage: Generally 0.05–0.3% of the total formula. For UV and water-based systems, a higher dosage of 0.3–1% is recommended.

Incorporation: Best added during the paint mixing stage to ensure uniform distribution.Temperature Stability: Please note that turbidity may occur at low temperatures. This is a reversible physical change that can be eliminated by gentle heating and does not impact the final product quality.
