Similar to Deuchem 6800, S-6800 is a high-performance solvent-based silicone defoamer, engineered with exceptional bubble-breaking and long-lasting foam-suppressing capabilities, delivering consistent and efficient defoaming results even at ultra-low addition dosages. It is specially optimized to meet the rigorous manufacturing and application demands of high-solids and solvent-free epoxy coating systems, standing out in heavy-duty industrial formulation scenarios.

Its high-efficiency specialized formula exhibits outstanding stable performance in high-viscosity and high-film-thickness coating systems, particularly suitable for solvent-free epoxy floor coatings and specialized industrial ink formulations. It rapidly eliminates both large macro-bubbles and tiny micro-foam generated during mixing and application, effectively preventing crater and pinhole defects, ensuring a flawless, smooth surface finish.

As a critical functional additive, it helps achieve both reliable structural integrity and premium aesthetic perfection for heavy-duty industrial coatings, making it an ideal choice for demanding coating production processes.

Application and Addition Amount

Applications:

Usage & Dosage:

• Recommended Dosage: Standard: 0.2% – 1% of the total formula
• Incorporation: Add during the paint or ink mixing stage to ensure uniform and optimal distribution
