S-6814 is a high-efficiency non-silicon (silicone-free) defoamer, engineered with exceptional rapid bubble-breaking and long-lasting foam suppression performance, specially tailored for oil-based coating and ink systems. It is designed to quickly and thoroughly eliminate both large macro-bubbles and fine micro-foam generated during high-shear production processes and on-site application stages, effectively preventing common surface defects such as shrinkage cavities (fish-eyes) and ensuring a smooth, flawless coating finish.
Its unique silicone-free chemical formulation eliminates the compatibility risks associated with traditional silicone defoamers, guaranteeing maximum interlayer adhesion between multi-coat systems and excellent compatibility across diverse oil-based resin systems. This makes it the optimal and reliable choice for multi-coat industrial coating and decorative painting projects, where both flawless surface aesthetics and high structural integrity are critical requirements.

Usage & Dosage:

- Incorporation: Add during the paint or ink mixing stage to ensure uniform and optimal distribution
